Damian Light: If you had to lose an animal from your diet (Pig, Cow, Chicken) what would leave the biggest gap?

Chicken by far! I love chicken, so many things that you can do with it and so easy to cook with. Butter chicken, roast chicken, chicken bake, chicken burgers, chicken salad, chicken wraps….
Great source of protein and readily available as free range for a decent price.
