I think one the greatest challenge I experienced was people judging me based on my age – you’re too young, you can’t do that. Age should never be a barrier to success. People so easily confuse age with experience. I know many people who are much older than I, who have very little experience or knowledge. And I know people much younger than me who have both in excess! Never let someone tell you you’re too young (or too old) – age should not stop anyone from doing anything.

Challenge everything but listen and learn (sometimes the current way is the best way).
